We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, building candidate pipelines, and delivering a positive recruitment experience while helping the company meet its hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
Monitor recruitment trends and recommend process improvements.
Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or full-cycle hiring.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate screening techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
