**Enterprise Account Manager — Maria Health**

Metro Manila (Remote-first, hybrid available in NCR)

Full-time

**About Maria Health**

Maria Health is the Philippines first fully online HMO broker — and we're on track to become the country's largest insurance intermediary. Think broker on steroids, powered by AI.

We're backed by InLife (Insular Life), Wavemaker, Gobi Ventures, Joe Magsaysay, and Henry Biong Lim. Our leadership is split between Metro Manila and San Francisco.

**About the Role**

Tired of the traditional insurance grind

If you've spent years in HMO or insurance and felt like the industry was stuck in 2005 — manual endorsements, lost LOAs, broken SLAs, members getting the runaround — we're building the company you wish existed.

We're hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to own relationships with our largest clients and help shape how modern employee benefits should actually work.

**What You'll Do**

• Own relationships with our largest enterprise clients (500+ member accounts)

• Be the trusted advisor HR leaders actually call back

• Drive renewals, expansions, and client satisfaction across providers like Maxicare, MediCard, iCare, Etiqa, and InLife

• Work alongside a team that ships software, not just spreadsheets — we're building the broker operations platform the industry has been missing

**What We're Looking For**

• 3+ years in HMO, employee benefits, or insurance brokerage

• You've personally felt the pain of the old way and want to build the new one

• Sharp written and verbal communication — you can hold your own with a CHRO

• High agency — you move fast and don't wait to be told

**What You Get**

• A seat on a rocket ship — broker on steroids, powered by AI.

• Real ownership and equity conversations for the right person

• A team that uses AI and automation to make your job easier, not harder

• Backing from InLife (Insular Life), Wavemaker, Gobi Ventures, Joe Magsaysay, and Henry Biong Lim

• Remote-first with hybrid flexibility for those in NCR

**How to Apply**

Apply through LinkedIn, or send a note to [HIDDEN TEXT]. Tell us the most broken thing you've seen in this industry — and how you'd fix it.
