What We're Looking For

The ideal person is extremely organized, resourceful, communicative, comfortable with technology, and proactive.

You should be someone who sees:

Client hasn't responded with feedback.

and thinks:

I'll follow up and update the project.

Not someone who waits for Dov to notice the problem and tell you what to do.

Experience with some combination of executive assistance, project management, social media, client service, video production, marketing, or creative agencies is strongly preferred.

You do not need to be an expert in every area on day one. The right person can be trained. What's much harder to teach is ownership, judgment, communication, reliability, and initiative.

Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Metricool/social scheduling platforms, Frame.io, Lightroom, Adobe/CapCut, task/project-management software, and AI tools is helpful.
