Your Role

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, delivering excellent customer service and supporting the IT infrastructure.

Administer and support Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD).

Manage and troubleshoot servers alongside Windows and Apple operating systems.

Resolve issues effectively using remote support tools across various platforms.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

At least 4 years of hands-on experience in IT service desk operations.

Proven experience in Office 365 administration, Active Directory management, and Microsoft Entra.

Experience with server management and basic server troubleshooting.

Proficiency in Windows and Apple operating systems, along with remote support experience.

Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.

Preferred Skills/expertise

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
