Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with therapists, maintaining and updating therapist calendars
Follow up with onboarding clients to communicate next steps, schedule initial sessions, and guide them through intake procedures
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits with insurance providers and provide service quotes based on coverage details
Coordinate with the Billing Department on insurance inquiries, coverage verification, payment concerns, and billing
