Role Description The Energy Sales Advisor is a full-time role responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial and industrial customers, helping them select optimal energy supply solutions. This hybrid position is based in Pasig, with a combination of on-site client meetings and office work, as well as some work-from-home flexibility for administrative and follow-up tasks. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting tailored energy proposals, and guiding customers through contract terms and pricing options. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for pricing and product information, monitoring market trends, and providing ongoing account support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Energy Sales Advisor will educate customers on Rockport Power's conventional and renewable offerings, support basic training or orientation sessions, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.

Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for presentations, proposals, and customer correspondence.
Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and long-term client satisfaction.
Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and experience working with sales targets or quotas.
Training skills to help educate customers and colleagues on energy products, pricing structures, and market developments.
Knowledge of or interest in the energy sector, particularly retail electricity supply and basic power market concepts.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pasig, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in standard office and CRM software tools; experience with sales reporting or forecasting is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in B2B sales. Licensed Electrical Engineers are most welcome.
Previous experience in energy, utilities, or industrial/commercial B2B sales is preferred but not required.
