Job Description

Develop and implement employee welfare and engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in all employee relations practices.
Manage conflict resolution and grievance procedures effectively.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
Collaborate with HR teams to align welfare initiatives with company objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of welfare programs and recommend improvements.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to employee relations activities.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through targeted initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Talent Welfare And Relations Manager Should Have

Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in handling employee relations and welfare programs.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Attention to detail and proficiency in documentation.
