Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional and efficient assistance.
Address customer inquiries related to retail banking products, accounts, and services.
Assist customers with account-related concerns, transactions, and service requests.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow established banking policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Perform proper customer verification and authentication.
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate complex concerns when necessary.
Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and financial information.

Key Qualifications

At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO/Customer Service experience.
Voice account experience is required.
Retail Banking experience is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable handling inbound voice calls and various customer concerns.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications while assisting customers.
Strong attention to detail when handling financial and customer information.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Willing to work onsite.
Must be amenable to standard pre-employment and background-checking requirements.
