Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job profiling and sourcing to offer management.
Partner with hiring managers and business units on manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, agencies, career fairs and campus recruitment.
Manage pre-employment and onboarding arrangements, including work passes, medical checks and documentation.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, employee data and HR documentation.
Support day-to-day HR operations, including leave, benefits, engagement, appraisal, welfare and employee relations.
Handle staff enquiries, disciplinary matters and grievances.
Improve recruitment and onboarding processes and support HR projects and compliance.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
2-3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and HR Operations.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, resourceful and strong in candidate sourcing.
Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
High level of integrity, confidentiality and service orientation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR systems, recruitment platforms and job portals.
