Job Summary:

The Account Relations Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related matters. The role supports customer satisfaction, account management, billing and collection activities, and customer switching requirements within the Retail Electricity Market.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, requests, and account-related matters.
Manage and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned client accounts.
Establish rapport and harmony with clients by addressing service feedback, resolving concerns, and providing timely operational updates.
Conduct regular billing and payment follow-ups to support collection targets.
Prepare and coordinate documentation required for customer switching under the Retail Electricity Market.
Prepare quotations, proposals, account updates, presentations, and other client-related documents and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and fulfillment of client requirements.
Monitor assigned accounts and provide regular updates on account status, customer concerns, and service-related matters.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records and account documentation.
Stay informed on developments in the energy landscape, power sector regulations, technical operations, and regulatory and compliance requirements.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or other related four-year course.
Preferably with experience in account management, customer relations, sales, energy, utilities, or a related industry.
Knowledgeable in the power sector, energy market, technical operations, and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Willing to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders as required.
