Job Description

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
Administer employee benefits, leave programs, insurance, and other HR-related policies and processes.
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
Coordinate and support learning and development initiatives, including training administration and employee development programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and personnel data while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance review cycles, and development planning.
Partner with regional HR on HR initiatives, projects, and process improvement efforts to ensure effective and consistent HR service delivery.
Plan and drive employee engagement, wellness and workplace culture initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Support workforce planning and recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, employment documentation, and onboarding processes.
Prepare accurate and timely HR reports for Regional Office including headcount, turnover, recruitment, employee movements and HR metrics.
Monitor employee attendance records, including log-in/log-out compliance, tardiness, undertime, absences, missing time entries and overtime requests.
Administer leave applications and approvals, maintain leave balances, verify supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with statutory and company leave policies.
Coordinate employee and payroll requirements relating to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR; monitor registrations, contributions, filings, and statutory deadlines.
Coordinate and ensure compliance with DOLE requirements including registrations, reports, submissions, inspections and labour compliance documentation including employment-related statutory reporting obligations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional HR certification is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
Experience managing a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations etc.
Experience working in a matrix organization and partnering with regional HR is preferred.
Good understanding of HR policies and practices across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development and offboarding.
Knowledge of Philippines labour legislation, statutory requirements and HR best practices in Philippines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
Possess analytical, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation skills.
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
