We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and roll out offer letters and negotiate offers where applicable.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Onboarding

Coordinate pre-joining activities, including documentation and background verification.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through probation.
Conduct new hire orientation sessions and introduce employees to company policies, culture, and systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely provisioning of IT assets, system access, and workplace readiness.
Collect onboarding feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the new hire experience.

Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
Support recognition and rewards programs to enhance employee motivation.
Assist in organizing town halls, learning sessions, and culture-building initiatives.
Gather employee feedback through surveys and engagement activities and help drive action plans.
Create communication materials related to employee engagement and HR initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Exposure to employee engagement initiatives is preferred.
Experience using ATS or HRMS platforms is an advantage.
