We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our Capex and maintenance projects.

This role is ideal for someone with contractor-side experience in pipeline, civil works, or water infrastructure construction who can manage field teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities

Oversee execution of pipeline and civil works projects for Maynilad
Manage daily coordination with foremen, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure timely completion of capex and maintenance works
Coordinate with engineers and inspectors for site activities and approvals
Manage project documentation, billing preparation, and accomplishment reports
Support preparation of cost estimates, bids, and project planning
Troubleshoot site issues and ensure projects stay on schedule

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5–15 years experience in construction project management
Experience in pipeline works, water infrastructure, or civil works projects
Strong ability to manage site teams and multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with contractor-side operations and project execution
Experience working with Maynilad, Manila Water, or other utilities is a plus
