We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment for technology professionals across international markets. The ideal candidate has proven experience in IT recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, KPI- and deadline-driven environment.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified IT professionals, conducting candidate assessments, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple IT vacancies across international markets.
Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Recruit for a range of technical positions across areas such as Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, ERP, and related IT functions.
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical background, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and overall suitability.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive IT candidates.
Prepare clear, detailed, and compelling candidate summaries for hiring managers and stakeholders.
Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activities, and notes using ATS and CRM systems.
Manage candidate expectations and provide support throughout the interview and hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
Provide recruitment updates, candidate feedback, and relevant IT talent market insights.
Manage multiple requisitions while meeting recruitment KPIs, service-level requirements, and time-to-fill targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of solid IT recruitment experience.
Previous experience recruiting for international markets such as Australia, US, APAC, LATAM, or other global markets.
Proven experience recruiting for technical/IT roles.
Experience managing multiple IT vacancies simultaneously.
Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
