Key Responsibilities:

Understanding the data/system needs of the business and developing integrated MIS systems for creating reports to be present to the management.
Performing data extraction, data compilation, retention, summarization, and publication
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure all reported information is accurate and relevant.
Provide robust data usage and analytics reports to the appropriate leaders in management.

Essential Skills:

Extremely high level of attention to detail, knowledge retention, analytical skills and problem solving skills.
Excellent in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly Preferred – Microsoft Excel / VB Macro Creation to automate routine report
Exposed – PowerBI, Tableau and other Reporting Tools

Qualifications:

Completed any Bachelor's Degree
Strong experience in MIS and BPO/ Shared Service Industry
Experience in generating and analyzing operational/ performance/SLA reports and dashboards
Intermediate/ Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Excel Macro/ VB Macro scripting
Basic Understanding in SQL Scripting is preferred
Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint for Report Creation
Basic Understanding in SQL Services (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) is preferred
Basic Understanding in PowerBI, Tableau and other Data Visualization tools is preferred
