Compensation And Benefits Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compensation and Benefits Officer to manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs. The successful candidate will ensure accurate payroll-related benefits processing, compliance with labor laws and government regulations, and provide excellent support to employees regarding compensation and benefits concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including government-mandated and company-provided benefits.
Process enrollment, updates, and termination of employee benefits.
Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regarding employee concerns and compliance requirements.
Monitor and process employee loans, reimbursements, salary adjustments, and benefit claims.
Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation and benefits.
Assist in payroll preparation by validating employee movements and compensation-related transactions.
Prepare periodic reports on compensation and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and related policies.
Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regulations).
Experience handling compensation and benefits administration in a medium to large organization is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience using HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
