What You'll Do

Support brokers with policy administration across commercial insurance portfolios, including renewals, quotations, endorsements, declarations, and policy documentation.
Prepare renewal submissions and coordinate remarketing activities to secure competitive insurance solutions.
Liaise with insurers and underwriters regarding policy processing, claims histories, pricing, and coverage information.
Manage insurance claims administration, including preparation of claim documentation and insurer follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client, policy, and compliance records within Insight and associated broking systems.
Utilize Insight, SCTP/Steadfast, and other insurance platforms to support portfolio management and operational efficiency.
Provide day-to-day broker support and administrative assistance, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Criteria

Minimum 5 years experience within an Australian insurance brokerage or broking support environment.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policy administration, renewals, endorsements, and claims processes.
Experience using Insight Broking Software and exposure to SCTP/Steadfast or similar insurance platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to manage accurate documentation, data entry, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to liaise with brokers and insurers.
Highly responsive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on collaboration and service excellence.

Work Set Up

Manila (BGC, Taguig): Perth hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM / 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after 6 months full onsite during probation
