JSC is responsible for providing back-office support to the business units of Jardine Group by administrating transactional and rule-based activities. The Income Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all revenue streams within the organization. This role involves verifying financial transactions, reconciling daily revenue reports, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. The Income Auditor plays a key role in safeguarding company revenues and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit daily revenue reports from various departments (sales, F&B, rooms, events).
Reconcile POS (Point of Sale) systems, cashier reports, and credit card transactions.
Verify discounts, voids, and complimentary transactions for proper authorization.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly income audit summaries.
Ensure all revenue is accurately recorded in the general ledger.
Assist in month-end closing and financial statement preparation.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between system records and actual revenue.
Investigate missing or unrecorded transactions and report findings to management.
Follow up with departments to correct errors and prevent future issues.
Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Recommend improvements to internal controls for revenue tracking.
Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
Suggest automation or procedural enhancements to streamline income audit processes.
Train staff on proper revenue recording and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience in income auditing, hospitality accounting, or a similar role.
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and POS systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and data analysis.
Knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
