Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to handle a variety of HR functions within our organization. The HR Generalist will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, completion of paperwork, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and performance management processes.
Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and regulations.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness of HR programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
