We are looking for our client, Sales Development Representative (SDR) 100% Remote based in Manila, Philippines.

About the Role

You'll be the first person in the pipeline. Your job is to find recruitment agencies, RPOs, BPOs and in-house talent teams who have a problem we solve — and get them into a conversation with our business development lead.

You are not closing deals. You're finding the right companies, reaching the right person inside them, and earning a meeting. Your commission is paid on qualified meetings booked, not on revenue, because the close isn't yours to control.

Realistically, expect to spend your day roughly like this: two-thirds building lists and running outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, occasional calls), one-third researching accounts properly so your outreach doesn't read like a template.

What you'll do

Build and maintain target account lists — staffing agencies, RPOs, BPOs, and mid-market employers across Europe, the UK, and Southeast Asia
Research each account before you write to it: who they hire for, what volume, which job boards they're already spending on
Run multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone where appropriate)
Qualify inbound leads from the website and route them appropriately
Book qualified discovery meetings for the business development lead
Keep the CRM accurate — every touch logged, every account's status current
Feed back what you're hearing: which objections repeat, which messaging lands, which segments respond

What we're looking for

Required

1+ years in outbound SDR, lead generation, or B2B appointment setting
Excellent written English — this role lives or dies on cold emails that don't get deleted
Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar) and outreach tooling
Comfort with rejection and a genuine tolerance for volume; most of what you send won't get a reply, and that's normal
Reliable home internet and a workspace where you can take calls
Able to work European hours

Nice to have

Background in recruitment, staffing, HR tech, or BPO — you'll already know the buyer
Experience selling advertising, SaaS, or anything with a performance-based pricing model
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, or similar prospecting tools
A second language (Spanish, Thai, or Bahasa is useful for our markets)

What we're not looking for

Someone who wants a script and a dialer. We need you to think about who you're contacting and why they'd care. If you'd rather work through a list of 500 identical emails than 50 researched ones, this isn't the right fit.
