Seating Capacity Analyst / Specialist

Position Summary

The Seating Capacity Analyst/Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for all seating capacity-related concerns across TP sites. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate seat allocation, optimizing space utilization, and supporting business requirements through effective capacity planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for all seating capacity concerns and inquiries across TP sites.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of allocated seat capacity for all projects and accounts.
Manage and maintain seating capacity reports, including Web View Floor Plans and PH PBI Capacity Reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Conduct regular audits of seating allocation and capacity utilization to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Workforce Management, Finance, Facilities, Security, IT, and Project Management, to ensure seating arrangements comply with client requirements and local government regulations.
Provide site and seating recommendations for farming projects, expansions, and potential new client requirements.
Support capacity planning initiatives by analyzing available spaces and recommending optimal seat utilization strategies.
Identify opportunities for cost savings through effective seat management and space optimization.
Ensure seating capacity plans align with operational needs, compliance standards, and business growth requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
Experience in capacity planning, workforce management, facilities coordination, or operations support is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large data sets.
Proficient in reporting tools and data visualization platforms (experience with Power BI is preferred).
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
