About the role

The Assistant Procurement Manager leads contractor sourcing, tender management, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract award recommendations, and post-award contract administration while ensuring compliance with ATI policies, governance requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement, contract administration, and other responsibilities for assigned civil projects, particularly high-value and strategic tenders.
Work closely with project, finance, legal, and operational teams to achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes, manage contractual risks, and support successful project delivery

Qualities, Skills and Experience

Graduate of Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
With 5-10 years experience in procurement, quantity surveying, and contracts management
With experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or industrial projects and in handling FIDIC contracts or equivalent international construction contract forms
With good organization, communication, and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office
