What You'll Do

Manage and triage client inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to requests and queries.
Perform end-to-end bookkeeping across multiple clients using Xero, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Process accounts payable transactions, monitor payment schedules, and maintain accurate coding across multiple entities.
Complete bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
Collaborate with finance managers and clients to support month-end activities, compliance requirements, and ad hoc requests.

Key Criteria

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Xero with several years of practical experience; experience with Xero is non-negotiable.
Strong end-to-end bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and maintaining general ledgers.
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple clients or entities simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
Experience with Australian bookkeeping processes, including BAS/GST and month-end reporting support.

Work setup

Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3–6 months, aligned with Australian business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
