Business Law Paralegal

Payrate $8-$10 / Hour

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.

Responsibilities

Review and draft routine legal documents
Create and maintain case files
Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
Conduct legal research
Drafting experience across vendor, service, purchase, and MSA agreements, not just NDAs and templates.
Assist with the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of business entities (LLCs, corporations, partnerships), including preparing articles of incorporation/organization, bylaws, and operating agreements.
Prepare and file corporate documents with state and federal agencies, such as annual reports, statements of information, and registered agent filings.
Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and document execution; track and manage filing and compliance deadlines.
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files using the firm's document management system.

Qualifications

2+ years of paralegal experience in business, corporate, or transactional law.
US Law Firm experience

Bonus Program:
