Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist supporting business units directly.
Preferably from a large-scale organization, multinational company (MNC), shared services environment, BPO, technology, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or fast-growing enterprise.
Strong hands-on experience in:
Employee Relations (ER)
Performance Management
Employee Engagement
Organizational Development
Talent Management
Labor Compliance

Familiar with the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
Experience partnering with managers and department heads to address workforce issues, performance gaps, and organizational challenges.
Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, coaching, and communication skills.
Payroll exposure is an advantage (minimum 6 months of experience preferred), but the primary focus should be HRBP and ER functions.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and influence business leaders through data-driven recommendations.
Candidates with experience handling DOLE complaints, NLRC cases, company investigations, mass disciplinary actions, organizational restructuring, or business expansion projects will be highly preferred.
