About the Role

This is a pure offline channel-building role — your mission is to take eufy baby products from near-zero offline distribution to nationwide shelf presence across the Philippines. You will manage both Key Account (KA) and Independent Retail / Distributor (IR) channels.

Unlike traditional consumer electronics, the channel mix is completely different: your customers are baby specialty stores, department store baby sections, drugstore chains, hospital gift shops, and parenting boutiques — not 3C stores. The eufy brand already has strong online awareness in the Philippines — your job is to put the product on physical shelves where Filipino parents can see it, touch it, and buy it.

Key Responsibilitie

sOffline Channel Strategy & Development

:Develop the end-to-end Philippines offline go-to-market strategy for eufy baby products (baby monitors, smart parenting devices
)Identify and prioritize offline channels: KA (baby specialty chains, department store baby sections, drugstores), IR (independent baby shops, hospital channels, parenting boutiques
)Build a differentiated route-to-market — baby/mom-and-child channels only, not 3C store
sSet channel-specific pricing, trade terms, and margin structure

sKey Account (KA) Management

:Lead listing negotiations with baby/mother-and-child retail chains: Baby Company, Mothercare, SM Baby section, Rustan's baby department, Landmark baby sectio
nEstablish eufy baby presence in drugstore chains — Mercury Drug (1,000+ stores), Watsons (1,000+ stores) — the #1 offline channel for baby products in the Philippine
sDevelop in-store demo and experience programs — baby monitors need hands-on parent interaction to drive purchas
eNegotiate shelf space, planogram positioning, gondola/POSM placement, and promotional calendar with KA partner
sBuild relationships at all levels — buyer, category manager, store operation

sIndependent Retail & Distributor Management

:Identify and onboard baby-specialty distributors for independent baby stores, hospital gift shops, and parenting boutique
sDesign trade programs: margin structure, volume rebates, display incentives, and sell-out rewards for channel partner
sDeploy and manage field merchandising support for IR coverag

eSell-out Execution

:Drive offline sell-out through in-store product demos, parenting event activations (Baby Fairs, Expo Mom, hospital nursery partnerships
)Monitor sell-out data from KA POS systems and distributor reports — identify top-performing stores and underperforming region
sManage in-store inventory health — ensure right SKUs, right stock levels, prevent OOS at key retail location
