Job Description

Develop and execute driver supply and capacity strategies to support business growth and marketplace performance targets.
Own short-, medium-, and long-term supply forecasting and planning processes across markets.
Monitor marketplace health metrics including fulfillment rate, driver online hours, utilization, active supply, driver productivity, and service availability.
Identify supply-demand imbalances and recommend operational interventions to improve marketplace efficiency.
Drive planning and readiness activities for peak periods, campaigns, seasonality, and market expansions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of supply levers such as acquisition, activation, reactivation, incentives, and engagement programs.
- Partner with Driver Operations, Commercial, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams to align supply strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct scenario planning and capacity modeling to support decision-making and investment prioritization.
Establish reporting frameworks and operational dashboards to track marketplace performance and planning accuracy.
Lead strategic projects aimed at improving driver supply quality, marketplace reliability, and operational scalability.
Present recommendations, insights, and business cases to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in marketplace operations, supply planning, operations strategy, business planning, consulting, analytics, or operational excellence.
Strong experience managing supply-side operations within a two-sided marketplace, gig-economy, logistics, mobility, ride-hailing, or delivery environment.
Proven track record of developing strategic plans and driving operational improvements through data-driven insights.
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, including supply-demand balancing, utilization management, incentive optimization, and driver lifecycle management.
Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Product, Commercial, Finance, and Analytics functions.
Strong project management and execution skills, with experience leading initiatives across multiple teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
