Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Production Operator to be based in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator will provide support to Process, Blow-Fill and Downstream operations and maintenance (corrective and preventive), to ensure attainment of production goals and objectives.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities

Operates equipment in Process (including CIP), Blow-Fill and Downstream in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
Maintains safe working environment thru proper housekeeping.
Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety Procedures, Company rules and regulations.
Performs product sampling checks in assigned areas.
Ensures that all materials (Raw, Packaging, Cleaning, Consumable) needed in the operation are in the production floor.
Conducts materials inventory of Raw, Packaging and Factory Supplies every after-production run.
Ensures that all machines are properly shut down and Standard Cleaning Procedures are followed.
Performs appropriate corrective and preventive maintenance as needed / planned.
Facilitates 3rd party helpers on their day-to-day activities and ensure that tasks and work assigned to them are properly executed.
Ensures all materials (good and rejects) are properly segregated, weighed, labeled and placed in designated areas.
Raise Behavior-Based Safety observations
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

What are the Qualifications

Should be a College Graduate (minimum 4 years) of Technical Degree or Engineering, preferably licensed (Mechanical or Electrical)
Experience in Food Manufacturing (Production Beverage) Aseptic experience is a plus.
Possesses good planning, organizing, directing and communication skills.
Can work proactively and stand hard work
