Corporate Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Hybrid Setup)

Position Summary

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate and/or support roles. This role is responsible for ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates, driving recruitment strategies, and supervising a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets in alignment with business needs.

This position follows a hybrid work arrangement (onsite 2 times per month).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, and hiring)
Ensure timely fulfillment of corporate hiring requirements
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of hiring KPIs
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for recruiters
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Handle escalations and ensure smooth recruitment workflow

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate or volume hiring
Minimum 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Experience in BPO or shared services industry is an advantage

Work Setup

Hybrid arrangement (onsite 2 times per month)
Work location: Teleperformance Philippines sites (as assigned)
