Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, customer service, or call center environments
Excellent verbal English communication skills
Ability to build rapport and trust quickly over the phone
Strong objection-handling and sales-closing skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Experience using CRM systems
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Bonus Points

Experience in property, rental, housing, or finance-related sales
Background in lead generation and outbound prospecting
Experience supporting customers in New Zealand or Australian markets

What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up on all new customer applications promptly
Qualify and engage inbound leads from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Build trust and rapport with potential customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cabin solutions
Guide customers through the complete sales process: Enquiry → Approval → Quote → Sign-Up
Handle objections professionally and confidently close sales
Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Delivery, and Accounts
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction
