We are looking for a Promotions Specialist / Lead to own the planning, structuring, and execution of promotional campaigns across sportsbook and casino products. This role is responsible for designing commercially viable bonus mechanics, driving player engagement, and ensuring promotions deliver measurable impact on GGR, bonus cost ratios, and player LTV. The ideal candidate balances attractive offers with operational feasibility, financial discipline, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Promotions Strategy & Calendar

Develop and manage monthly and quarterly promotions calendars aligned with acquisition and retention goals
Plan campaigns across sportsbook and casino verticals (e.g., deposit match, cashback, free bets, free spins, leaderboards)
Align promotional cadence with key sporting events, product launches, and partnership milestones

Bonus Mechanics & Structuring

Design clear, competitive, and commercially viable bonus structures with defined wagering requirements, caps, and eligibility criteria
Draft and review promotional terms & conditions for clarity and PAGCOR regulatory compliance
Ensure promotional mechanics are financially sound and aligned with expected GGR contribution
Model bonus cost scenarios and projected revenue impact

Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

Coordinate with CRM, Creative, Tech, Finance, and Performance teams for end-to-end rollout
Oversee QA testing of promotional flows (claiming, crediting, wagering logic) prior to launch
Drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority
Maintain documentation and internal briefings for each promotion

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Track promo performance metrics - FTD uplift, turnover, redemption rate, bonus cost vs revenue
Analyze ROI and present optimization recommendations to senior leadership
Build and maintain performance dashboards for ongoing promo reporting
Identify underperforming mechanics and propose structural improvements

Qualifications

3–5+ years experience in gaming promotions, campaign management, or bonus operations
Strong understanding of sportsbook and casino promotional mechanics and bonus lifecycle
Ability to evaluate promo ROI and model bonus cost scenarios
Familiarity with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Experience with CRM platforms and promo engines preferred
Strong cross-functional collaborator - able to work with Tech, Finance, Legal, and Brand

Required Skills
