Your Role

As an Administrative Specialist - Corporate Support, you will provide clerical and operational support to corporate leadership, ensuring organizational efficiency across multiple departments. Your responsibilities include:

Provide administrative support to corporate leadership and assigned departments, serving as a liaison between the corporate office and branch staff.

Assist with document management, including data entry, electronic record maintenance, and uploading files into EMR systems.

Support corporate reporting requirements by gathering, organizing, and distributing information as directed.

Process incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, email, and vendor correspondence.

Coordinate with vendors for corporate functions such as record storage, supply chain, or compliance support.

Maintain confidentiality while supporting HR, compliance, or financial tasks delegated by management.

Promote the company's mission, culture, and values through professional communication and appearance.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Education: High School Graduate.
Experience: At least one year of administrative or office experience.
Skills: Strong computer proficiency and excellent organizational skills.
Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License with current auto liability insurance.
Physical Ability: Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills/expertise

College coursework or a completed degree.
Experience in healthcare or multi-site support environments.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and exercise sound professional judgment.
