What You'll Do

Clinical Care & Rehabilitation

Assist in delivering personalized rehabilitation and movement programs
Guide clients through exercise-based rehabilitation sessions
Support manual therapy interventions as trained
Monitor and document client progress accurately
Collaborate with senior therapists and coaches to optimize outcomes

Client Experience

Deliver professional, compassionate, and high-quality client care
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication
Help create a premium and supportive wellness experience

Learning & Professional Development

Participate in mentorship, workshops, and case discussions
Complete assigned training, presentations, and development tasks
Continuously improve your clinical reasoning and coaching skills

Team & Branch Support

Support studio operations and branch initiatives
Assist in wellness events, community activities, and marketing initiatives
Contribute positively to ONELIFE's collaborative culture

Qualifications

Required

Licensed Physical Therapist
Fresh graduates and early-career PTs are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for movement, rehabilitation, wellness, and fitness
Strong willingness to learn and grow

Preferred

Exposure to musculoskeletal or sports rehabilitation
Interest in Clinical Pilates or exercise-based rehabilitation
Background in sports, fitness, dance, or wellness is an advantage
