Position Responsibilities:

Set up new LTD claims accurately within strict timelines (within 2 business days), ensuring member eligibility and coverage through contract review.
Analyze policy provisions (e.g., qualifying period, benefit calculations, disability definitions, waiver of premium) to properly establish claims.
Follow up on missing requirements (medical or claim details) and respond to inquiries from Case Managers and clients.
Provide timely claim status updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Perform administrative support, including data entry, email inbox management, and adherence to special policy handling requirements.
Assist with coordination, documentation (e.g., follow-up letters), basic reporting, and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree
Candidates with 1-3 experience in back-office operations or BPO industry are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
Amenable for rotating shift

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft tools
Demonstrates effective communication skills, bo th verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
