We are looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant (Growth and Operations) to serve as the CEO's primary engine room. You will sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and finance, ensuring that no lead goes cold, no proposal is left unpolished, and the business runs like a well-oiled machine. This isn't just about scheduling meetings; it's about helping drive the company's growth.

Location: Remote

Preferred Applicants: PH- based

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, format, and polish high-impact sales proposals and pitch decks.
Keep the CRM (Zoho CRM) meticulously updated. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.
Proactively follow up with prospects to move proposals through the pipeline—politely persistent is the goal.
Assist in managing and monitoring Google Ads campaigns to ensure ROI.
Implement basic on-page SEO updates and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) events to track user behavior.
Help execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products or services.
Handle basic data entry, categorize expenses, and keep the books pre-accountant ready.
Manage incoming/outgoing payments and follow up on overdue invoices (AR).
Manage the CEO's high-priority tasks, ensuring they are focused on $1,000/hr activities while you handle the rest.

Qualifications:

Tech-savvy and able to seamlessly navigate tools such as G-Suite, Slack, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Books
Solid understanding of Google Ads (GAds) and SEO, with a focus on consistency and performance
Highly organized, with an appreciation for maintaining clean CRM systems and accurate financial records
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional emails that drive responses
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or General Virtual Assistant (mid to senior level)
Strong interest in emerging technologies, including AI tools and automation
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Experience in website content management (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a plus)

Required Skills

Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (GAds), SEO, and digital marketing strategies
Familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage
Strong copywriting skills, particularly for proposals and client communications
Proficiency in using AI tools for proposal writing and content generation
