Your Role

Title: Administrative Specialist- Corporate Support

Reports to: Corporate Management / Assigned Department Leadership

Job Summary

The Corporate Administrative Specialist provides clerical, administrative, and operational support to corporate leadership and serves as a resource for branch-level staff. This role functions in the back office to complete tasks delegated by corporate management, supporting multiple departments and ensuring organizational efficiency. The position requires adaptability, as responsibilities may change based on company needs and project assignments.

Job Qualifications

Education: High School Graduate required; college coursework or degree preferred.

Experience: One year of administrative or office experience required; healthcare or multi-site support experience preferred.

Skills: Strong computer proficiency, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid/current auto liability insurance.

Environmental / Working Conditions

Performs duties in a corporate office environment during standard business hours.
May be required to adapt to shifting workload demands and special projects.
Must be able to work extended hours or flexible schedules when needed.
Works in a routine office setting; noise level may be moderately high at times.

Essential Functions

Evaluation

Provides administrative support to corporate leadership and departments as assigned.
Serves as liaison between corporate office and branch staff, assisting with delegated tasks and special projects.
Assists with document management, including data entry, uploads into EMR systems, and maintaining electronic records.
Supports corporate reporting requirements by gathering, organizing, and distributing information as directed.
Processes incoming/outgoing communications, including mail, email, and vendor correspondence.
Assists with vendor coordination for corporate functions (e.g., record storage, supply chain, or compliance support).
Prepares and maintains corporate logs, reports, and administrative files.
Provides customer service to branch personnel and external partners, ensuring timely communication and resolution of administrative needs.
Maintains confidentiality while supporting HR, compliance, or financial tasks delegated by corporate management.
Promotes the company's mission, culture, and values through professionalism in word, action, and appearance.
