A. People Leadership

Lead and coordinate performance management, coaching, and day-to-day issues of the EA/SLS team.
Work with other EATLs, Partners/Directors, and People Leaders.
Drive team collaboration, upskilling, engagement, and recognition.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.

Meet deadlines for performance cycles (goal setting, check-ins, open reviews).
Seek feedback for development of team members.
Support People Leader with administrative tasks.

Handle confidential information with integrity and comply with independence requirements.
