The Early Collections Analyst I's role is to support collections processes through generating, deploying and statistically evaluating strategy changes and pilots, effectively extracting and analysing information stored in our databases.

About The Job

What you will do:

Meet and work directly with early collections analytics manager to help deliver key collections results
Extract and analyze information from databases
Create tools and strategy changes that will automate/optimize/improve existing collection processes
Generate strategy changes and implement champion-challenger statistical testing from pilot design to implementation
Manage database environment, jobs and procedures
Actively monitor collections performance, investigate and explain source and impact of any occurences
Provide reports and business analysis and insights

What You Need To Have

1 year+ of professional experience in the field of database systems and analytics
Proven business acumen for early collections and call center management
Practical knowledge of hypothesis testing and usage of typical statistical tests (e.g t-test, ANOVA, etc).
Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
Knowledge in using R or Python programming. (required) or other program/software
Active knowledge and experience with SQL (Oracle) (required)
Knowledge in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Good oral and written communication
Extensive MS Office software skills; MS Excel proficiency
