Responsibilities

Promote and sell agricultural machinery, equipment, and related products to customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
Visit farms, agricultural businesses, dealers, contractors, and other potential clients as needed.
Understand customers agricultural operations and recommend suitable machinery or equipment based on their requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, subject to company policies and approval.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with the technical, warehouse, and other relevant teams regarding product availability, delivery, installation, and customer concerns.
Monitor sales activities, customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Meet assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management.
Stay updated on agricultural machinery, market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
With experience in sales, agricultural machinery, farm equipment, or related industries is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in agricultural machinery and sales may also be considered.
Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to conduct fieldwork and frequent client visits.
Willing to travel within the assigned area or territory.
Has a valid driver's licence and is willing to drive for fieldwork, if required.
Must be goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
Able to work independently and manage multiple clients and sales activities.
Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery and farming operations is an advantage.
Willing to undergo product and technical training.
