About the Role

The Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategist plays a key role in driving both awareness and education for the brand's mission and products. This role blends digital marketing, content creation, and educational storytelling helping pet parents understand the why behind better canine nutrition and transforming that understanding into loyalty and advocacy.

You'll plan and execute performance campaigns, create content that informs and inspires, and design digital learning experiences that empower pet owners to make better choices for their dogs. This is a great opportunity for someone who's hands-on, creative, and strategic someone who can balance storytelling with analytics and genuinely cares about making a positive impact in the pet wellness space.

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM SGT/PHT

What you'll do

Develop and execute overall digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and other digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and brand growth.
Guide campaign planning and provide strategic direction on content, messaging, and audience engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with existing content producers and agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Provide input and oversight on paid campaigns and performance marketing efforts (Meta, Google, etc.) when needed working alongside external partners.
Advise on best practices for landing pages, funnels, and email workflows to optimize audience engagement and conversion.
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to inform strategy, provide actionable recommendations, and measure impact.
Explore and apply emerging tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and marketing innovation.

What You Bring

35 years of experience in digital marketing or content strategy, ideally within a D2C, e-commerce, or consumer goods environment.
Proven ability to plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Experience collaborating with content teams, agencies, or external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and digital trends.
Knowledge of paid advertising, analytics, SEO, or email automation tools is a nice-to-have, not mandatory.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
A passion for pets, wellness, and purpose-driven marketing that educates and empowers communities.
