Qualifications

1-3 years of recruitment experience focused on U.S. hiring, with direct exposure to IT and/or Engineering searches
Both U.S. market recruitment and IT/Engineering recruitment experience are required
Track record of identifying and engaging U.S.-based technical professionals across Software, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Systems, Networks, QA, Engineering, or comparable functions
Working knowledge of the complete hiring process, covering talent sourcing, qualification, candidate presentation, interview scheduling, offer stages, and onboarding
Skilled in sourcing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, ATS databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct/email outreach
Capable of translating technical specifications, technologies, competencies, and position requirements into focused sourcing criteria
Comfortable balancing multiple technical vacancies and candidate pipelines while keeping recruitment data current within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Experience within staffing, RPO, search firms, recruitment agencies, or outsourcing organizations is an advantage
Strong English communication and stakeholder-facing skills, with excellent organization, candidate engagement, accuracy, and follow-through
Amenable to night shift and hybrid work in Quezon City

Responsibilities

Source and connect with U.S.-based IT and Engineering professionals through LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, candidate databases, referrals, professional networks, and direct outreach
Evaluate candidates through structured screening for technical experience, qualifications, communication, career alignment, and position fit
Build qualified talent pools for specialized, recurring, and hard-to-fill technical vacancies
Conduct U.S. talent market research to uncover new sourcing channels and strengthen candidate availability
Present hiring stakeholders with targeted shortlists supported by concise, accurate candidate evaluations
Oversee candidate movement across interviews, selection, offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding
Maintain responsive communication with candidates and stakeholders to keep hiring timelines and engagement on track
Handle multiple IT and Engineering requisitions, prioritizing critical and niche hiring requirements
Record candidate information, interview feedback, recruitment activity, and hiring progress accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support the complete U.S. technical recruitment cycle, from requirement intake and sourcing strategy through successful placement and onboarding
Refine sourcing and recruitment practices to improve talent pipeline quality, candidate experience, and hiring results
