Job Description

We are looking for an amazing Channel Renewal Manager (RM) to join our highly successful EMEA Renewals Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing renewals from a designated Book of Business (BoB) with the goal of driving high renewal rates (both MRR & NRR)

Book of Business: Indirect Renewals, MENA regions

Key Responsibilities:

Renewal Management:

  • Proactively manage and track your renewals, with a laser focus on increasing both MRR and NRR
  • Manage renewal terms, pricing and contract extensions with Partners, with a focus on upsell and cross-sell
  • Work cross functionally to support indirect customer migrations at point of renewal

Channel and Customer Engagement:

  • Build consultative relationships with our Partners by developing a deep understanding of their needs through proactive renewal activities.
  • Create excitement about renewals with our Partners by running regular cadence sessions, discovery sessions and 1-1 outreach.
  • Assist Partners with customers who may be at risk of cancelling, by facilitating conversations to mitigate the risk.
  • Drive accountability cross functionally on our largest renewals from both a retention and at-risk perspective.
  • Other operational tasks that are related to the Renewal's team day to day business

Forecasting and Reporting:

  • This is a quota carrying role. You will be expected to forecast against your BoB. Forecasting will include regular renewal opportunity updates, churn, risks and upsell opportunities. Tracked via our Revenue Operations platform (Clari)
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of Partner interactions and renewal progress via our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Pro-actively flag accounts at risk and invoke Executive Engagement, where appropriate
  • Drive renewal accountability from our Partners through renewal rebate programs and other relevant analytics and reporting

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent preferred
  • 2 years experience in a SaaS or Cloud company (preferably in in-direct renewals, sales or customer success)
  • Strong collaboration/relational skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results oriented, with experience in forecasting
  • Demonstrated excellence in presentation skills with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging in a Partner/Customer meeting setting
  • Prior experience of working with MENA Partners would be preferred, but not required
  • Fluent in English language required. MENA local working hours required
  • Ideal candidate will have a self-starter mentality with an abundance of confidence, and pride themselves on having a high say/do ratio
