Overview

Are you a digital media native who knows how to keep a YouTube audience hooked We are looking for a dedicated YouTube Channel Manager to take the reins of an exciting channel, handling everything from video editing and publishing to audience engagement. This is the perfect opportunity to work independently, showcase your creative flair, and directly drive the growth of a growing online community.

Schedule

• Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 am - 1 pm EST

Responsibilities

• Upload and publish video content to the YouTube channel on a consistent schedule.
• Edit videos to ensure professional quality and alignment with channel branding.
• Respond to comments, messages, and viewer inquiries to foster audience engagement.
• Create basic graphics and logos to support channel branding and video thumbnails.
• Manage all aspects of the YouTube channel to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels from end to end.
• Strong video editing skills with proficiency in relevant editing software.
• Excellent communication skills for responding to audience inquiries and engagement.
• Basic graphic design capabilities for creating logos and channel artwork.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a 20-hour work week.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience growing YouTube channels and increasing subscriber engagement.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics and optimization strategies.
