We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Technical Recruiter based in the Philippines to join our team and provide support during US hours for our US-based positions. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and identifying top-tier talent for our software engineering positions, particularly within the Oracle and SAP software space. This position requires an individual with a strong technical background and extensive experience in software engineering recruitment.

Conduct end-to-end recruitment for software engineering positions, specializing in Oracle and SAP.
Utilize your technical expertise to assess candidate qualifications and compatibility with specific job requirements.
Work with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and handle multiple similar positions simultaneously, typically 8-12 roles at once.
Source, identify, and submit candidates within tight timeframes (24-48 hours) with only job descriptions as guidance.
Conduct cold-calling to engage with US-based candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline.
Effectively communicate and coordinate with the US-based team during EST working hours.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in candidate interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to inform recruitment strategies.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on software engineering roles.
Expertise in recruiting for Oracle and SAP software positions is essential.
Strong familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and experience handling multiple concurrent roles.
Fluent English language skills with near-native proficiency in spoken and written communication.
Confidence in cold-calling and engaging with US-based candidates.
Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
Proven ability to identify and attract top technical talent.
High attention to detail and organization.
Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.
