Web Developer
What you'll do at Insight
This position requires a highly focused individual who can maintain and support a large workload of many small to medium production related task for the various company sites.
What you will do at Insight
- Updating website content through front end code editing and using proprietary content management systems
- Understanding and able to edit responsive website code
- Creation of responsive email coding and cross-client compatibility
- Image cropping and implementation for website maintenance
- Bachelor's Degree in Programming, or related field, from four-year College or University
- Proficient in graphic design software Photoshop, Dreamweaver
- Proficient in front-end languages such as HTML and CSS, and JQuery
- Familiar with CSS Preprocessors (Sass)
- Familiar with version control systems
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Excellent visual design skills
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
- Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
- Strong written and verbal English communications skills
- Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
