Web Designer

Responsibilities:
Design new collateral for clients including social media content, social media ad designs, gifs, memes, blog designs, digital ads, websites, and more
Update design of client websites and collateral
Refine visual design standards for each brand and maintain consistency throughout projects once established
Research, plan, and present ideas for content and design
Contribute to the improvement of the client products and processes
Stay current on visual design trends

Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
Confidence taking initiative, need to be willing and able to go above and beyond to drive results
Capacity to multi-task and prioritize seamlessly
Deadline-oriented
Highly organized with solid project management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate within a team

Required Education and Experience:
1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, either in-house or an agency
Competent in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in Adobe XD or similar (Sketch, Invision, Figma)
Experience in designing digital ads and marketing collateral
Knowledge of HTML and CSS are a major plus
