Your Role:As a Warranty Administrator, you will:- Navigate effectively between 3 customer chats simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer warranty inquiries, demonstrating conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Process requests and enter data accurately, utilizing multiple applications at once to complete tasks efficiently.
- Apply empathy and a strong customer service orientation to all interactions.
- Maintain a high level of reliability, adhering strictly to attendance and punctuality standards.
What You Need: Non-negotiables- Minimum of 1-2 years of prior Chat experience.
- Proficiency in the English language for both comprehension and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and utilize more than one application simultaneously to assist customers.
- Willingness to work On-Site (Monday - Friday, Full-time).
- Must live within one houru0027s commute to the MicroSourcing Manila office.
Preferred skills/expertise- Experience using Salesforce (Cases and Chats).
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated product knowledge relevant to warranty administration.
- Ability to work a Night Shift schedule that aligns with US EST Day hours.
- Proven ability to handle and resolve conflict effectively in a customer support environment.
