Voice and Non-Voice Account/ CSR AND TSR POSITION

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Voice and Non-Voice Account/CSR and TSR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-5 years of experience in a similar role in the job market context of SEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both voice and non-voice channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints through both voice and non-voice channels
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Meet and exceed customer service expectations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role in the job market context of SEA
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• With or without BPO experience
• HS/SHS/COLLEGE GRADUATES AND UNDERGRADUATES ARE ACCEPTED
