Job Description

As a Virtual Vehicle Purchasing Agent, your primary role will involve using our client's pricing calculator to provide customers with precise price quotes for their vehicle purchases. You will also play a crucial part in the coordination of vehicle pick-up and delivery to our client's store locations.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (Shifting between 8AM-7PM EST)
Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas

• Commitment to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  
• Experience in customer service positions.
  
• Familiarity with remote call center environments.
  
• Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
  
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate mobile devices and Microsoft Office products.
  
• Multitasking capabilities.

• Answer phone calls from customers looking to sell their used vehicles throughout your scheduled shift and adhere to a tightly scripted call flow to help secure the purchase of the vehicle.
  
• Use our pricing calculator to provide customers with an accurate price quote for the purchase of their vehicle.
  
• Collect customer information and help coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery to our store locations.
  
• Educate customers on other important information about the products and services that we provide.
  
• Meet personal and team performance goals, while participating in regular performance check-ins with your supervisor.
  
• Abide by all Call Center guidelines and company-wide policies.
  
• Learn new skills assist your teammates and complete other tasks as directed.
