Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the architectural vision and strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Oversee the design and execution of major architectural projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and innovation.
  • Drive initiatives for sustainable design practices and cutting-edge architectural solutions.
  • Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, from concept through completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of architects, designers, and project managers.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and creativity within the design team.
  • Integrate new technologies and methodologies into design processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional associations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and organizational goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of design and construction.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of design projects to ensure compliance and excellence.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional licensure is required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
  • Preferably with international work experience but not required.
  • Exceptional design and conceptual skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software.
  • Experience with large-scale and high-profile architectural projects.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and client needs.
  • Strong network within the architecture and design community.
  • Willing to trvael locally and internationally.
